In 2004, La Vie En Rose celebrated its 25th anniversary. As one of St Martin/St Maarten’s founding restaurants on Marigot's waterfront, it has since become a renowned island institute for exquisite French cuisine setting the standards for many of it’s newer successors.The menu is extensive and delightful.
